Good Afternoon Everyone!
How are you? I am fine. Today, the post I am writing to you all is about the Olympics Games. I am writing this post by answering Mrs. Diana Tan. This post very fun like we are in the Olympic Games! Now, I will answer Mrs. Diana Tan's questions. What is the origin of the 'Olympics'? Well, the origin of the Olympics is the Opening Ceremony where those country that take part in the Olympics Games! Let me tell you one thing. The Olympics games actually consists of 35 sports, 53 disciplines and more than 400 events! Wow! More than 400 events! =D The Olympic Games are very important event to us. Why? It help us to keep fit and healthy and that makes our us proud of our country. Did you watch the Olympic event? But I do. I watched the Swimming, Table Tennis (Singapore Vs China), Volleyball (Brazil Vs USA), athletics (men and woman's bronze, silver and gold), badminton (men's' group- Indonesia Vs China), gymnastic Olympic games and many others more Olympic Games! The Olympic event makes me proud of our country, that makes me know how to play those kinds of sports and most of all, it let me know this message:
=D Don't give up! Keep striving for your goal! Even though you didn't get first, but you have tried your best. =)
The Singapore Table Tennis and the Swimming Olympic Games impressed me most. As I say again, it make our country proud even though they didn't win the gold medal or no medal for our country. These people who had help our country to win the medal had tried their best and it is a good examples for everyone of us to learn. Yes, I would like to take participate in the Olympic Games! I would like to take part in the Swimming, Volleyball, Beach Volleyball or Badminton. For Swimming, there are ten levels. I am now in level 4. I will be in level 5 next month and will be taking the bronze examination on 19 October 2008 and I am OK with it. Volleyball and beach volleyball, also OK with it but I am learning it every time but not everyday. Sometime after my tuition. For b=Badminton, I am bad in that! But I keep trying to aim the ball or shuttle Court till I get to my goal. I think that it is worth organising the Olympics because it let us know to keep striving to our goal. That's all for today! Bye!
