Term 4 Week 1: Reading
Thursday, September 11, 2008
Hi Everyone,
We all know that reading helps us in many ways. However, with the greater use of computer, it appears to face a great competitor - computer games. In your blog, I would like you to reflect on the importance of reading. Here are some questions to help you in writing your reflection:
1. Do you think reading is important?
2. What do you usually read?
3. How many books or magazines do you read in a month?
4. Why do you read/not read?
5. Do you think that computer games are affecting pupils in their reading?
6. How can the school encourage more pupils to read?
7. If you were to recommend one book, which everyone must read, what would it be?
I am looking forward to reading your reflection.

^_^ My Answers!!! *_*
Do you like reading? I do like to read! It is so much fun! I would like to tell you my answers for this post. This is my second favourite post of all. When I'm reading my book, it always reflect how the goes. Reading is interesting to me and to you too, I guess. Now, I will tell you my answers for Mrs. Diana Tan's questions. I don’t like reading in the past but I like reading when I was Primary 1. Do you know why I like reading? The story was nice written by the authors, I always thought that its true, but it was not true. I will say that it was a pretend storyt. Reading is important as it could help us to improve any subjects we were bad in. Next, I usually read High school Musical, Mary-Kate And Ashley, Mr Midnight, The Wedding Planner's Daughter, Katie kazoo and Geronimo Stilton. I love to read Katie Kazoo Books most and The Wedding planer's Daughter too. I read about 11 or 12 books in a month, what about you?. You don't have to tell me because I will go to your blog and comment. If you want to comment, click on taggy below this post. I read books but not don't want to read books and I read books because it is fun, it reflects the story into my mind as the story is interesting and helps me to improve any subjects that I am weak in. I think that computer games are affecting pupils in their reading, but I don't because I read more then playing computer games. The school can encourage more pupils to read by putting their most favourite subject book in the library. Example, About Computer Games, as a title of a book is their favourite subject of all and they can they can learn more. I will recommend one book that is all about reading and it is called ‘Reading’. So remember this. Reading is very important to everyone of us. Bye!!!
